Malerate Construction is a company owned by black male with the aim to register the willingness, readiness of black people to participate in the construction industry counterparts. The company comprises of members who have worked under established consulting firms, construction firms and the public sector on major projects for many years and always strive to provide the client with high quality products that are within the budget.

Malerate Construction has undertaken projects covering road re-gravelling, road construction, road paving, Road patching and Building Construction. MALERATE was established in 2008 as a CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION. The business is 100% owned by a black South African, and operates in the Limpopo Province. Over time with more business opportunities afforded by the new dispensation in South Africa our service delivery improved and so did our client base.
Presently, we compete on the South African Market as a fully-fledged services company. Being a focused service company, we are mindful that our existence depends on customer satisfaction and to this end we pride ourselves in high quality service delivery

The staff composition of company reflects the requirements of both the employment equity and affirmative action. It is composed of previously disadvantaged individuals, women and young people.
Some of these staff members received training from our company and other is still on a training process. Although the practice is young, it provides assistance (Financial and Mentoring) to deserving and hardworking Previously Disadvantaged Individuals. The aim is to uplift the communities so that they can be self-sustainable.

It is our aim to involve and ensure local community participation in all levels of our processes. We will do this by offering them employment, training and mentorship.
